Delivery and Returns
You can return the product you purchased within seven (7) days from the delivery date, provided that the product is unused and its packaging is not opened, damaged, or altered. Please return the product together with the invoice and a letter or return form including your order number.
If you suspect that the package was damaged during shipment, open and inspect it in front of the delivery company’s representative. If the product is damaged, do not accept delivery and make a formal report with the courier. Please note that once the product is accepted, you acknowledge that the courier has fulfilled its responsibilities.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for returning the product in the condition it was delivered. If the product has been used, the customer is liable to compensate for any loss in the commercial value of the item.
If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the refunded amount will be processed within ten (10) days after the returned product reaches us. Refunds to credit cards may take 2–6 weeks to appear on your account, depending on your bank. Our company has no control over this duration.
If any damage, opening, breakage, tampering, tear, or signs of use are detected on the product or its packaging, and the product cannot be returned in its original condition, the return will not be accepted, and the payment will not be refunded.
For any malfunctions that occur after the product is delivered, customers should contact the authorized service centers of the manufacturer.
For returns that comply with the conditions above, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Bank transfers for refunds will be processed within 3 business days, and credit card refunds within 5 business days. Your bank may not reflect the refund on your account immediately. In such cases, you need to contact your bank’s credit card service. After the “Cancelled” notice appears regarding your order, the full amount will be refunded to your credit card or the bank account you used for the transfer. For installment payments, the refunded amount will be reflected as a credit on your card in the following months by your bank.
